Supervision

 

     Supervision is for the Spiritual Director. We all have blind spots. During a session, something may trigger us, which can interfere with being fully present for our directee. A Supervisor comes alongside the directors, gently helping them explore their own “block” so he/she can be more present to their directees.

     Supervision also includes consultation, which is sharing ways to improve one’s skills as a director. Spiritual Directors need guidance to grow in self-awareness and in skill, as transformation is a life-long process.

​

     Currently, I am facilitating several peer supervision groups for both men and women. I am also available for one on one sessions.
