Not Alone
A Christ-centered support, recovery, and process group
for women recovering from physical, emotional, or sexual trauma
Do you struggle with feeling not enough? Or feel stuck and not able to pursue your dreams? Perhaps you have trust issues with God, and yet you desire a deeper relationship with Him?
You are not alone. Trauma was not something God intended for your life. You can take courage, be empowered, and take your life back. You can experience the deeper healing of Christ and become the woman He created you to be.
“I am a survivor of sexual molestation. Although therapy was insightful and helpful, spending time with God, engaging in spiritual practices has brought about deeper healing and transformation in my life. I can live in more peace, joy, freedom, and know in my heart I am His beloved daughter. It brings me joy to see women experience freedom and healing by participating in Not Alone. There is hope for you.” Anne Richardson
You will have the opportunity to share in a safe and confidential small group while developing awareness of how trauma impacts your life and wellbeing. The spiritual practices in Not Alone help you to experience Christ’s love and healing deep within your heart. These practices include reflections, contemplation, biblical stories, true stories, and prayers that encourage self-awareness and openness to God’s transformational healing.

Testimonies:
“This group was so powerful. I was raped by a neighbor when I was ten years old. This Group was more helpful in my healing journey than therapy because God was in the process.” Tamara
“I enjoyed the gentle, gracious, and supportive approach to healing as churches don’t always get this right. Seeing how Jesus feels for me, when I was emotionally abused in my marriage, has created a shift in my thinking. My trust in God has been growing since the trauma damaged my relationship with Him. I have an elevated self-esteem and confidence from being a part of this group.” Jessica
“I was kidnapped and raped at gunpoint when I was a young woman. I can’t say enough about this group. My relationship with Jesus, God, and the Holy Spirit has changed dramatically. I know God loves me, even though I was not spared from the pain. The teachings and practices on shame and fear spoke to me so loudly. I know the internal changes
that were made in me, because of God and this group, will be long-lasting.” JH
