Not Alone: a Christian Based Recovery Group for Women Who Have Experienced Physical, Emotional, or Sexual Trauma

 

Facilitator: Anne Richardson, Author, Spiritual Director.

Although therapy was insightful and helpful, spending the time with God engaging in spiritual practices has brought about deeper healing and transformation in my life. I can live in more peace, joy, freedom, and know in my heart I am His beloved daughter. It brings me joy to see women experience freedom and healing by participating in Not Alone. There is hope for you.”

Zoom:        Mondays from 3:00-5:00.  Jan. 15th-March 18th 2024.

In Person: Tierrasanta Newbreak Church,

                   Mondays from 6:30-8:15     Jan. 15th-March 2024.

Fee: Cost of the books. $50.00 donation to Generate Hope, a recovery house for victims of sex           
         trafficking.
